It is a big pain in the ass when our Country or Ministry blocks Social media sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc. There are plenty of methods like VPN and Proxy to unblock these sites, but they are little bit harder to implement. So today i am showing you how to unblock any site restricted on your Country, area or School,
Unblocking YouTube
Step 1
Navigate to "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts". On Mac OS X it's "/etc/hosts".

Open "hosts" file with a text editor such as notepad or notepad++
Step 2

Add these lines at the end of the file
173.194.116.132 apis.google.com
173.194.116.128 youtube.com
173.194.116.139 yt3.ggpht.com
173.194.70.84 accounts.google.com
173.194.116.134 support.google.com
173.194.116.136 plus.google.com
192.150.16.58 get.adobe.com
173.194.116.132 www.youtube.com
173.194.116.156 ad.doubleclick.net
173.194.116.152 www.google.nl

Step 4
Save the file. Windows won't allow you to save to "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc" folder if you are not started notepad++ app as Administrator, in such case save the "hosts" file to "My Documents" or somewhere else and move to "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc" folder later.
